The historic city of Kaunas hosted the sixth transnational meeting of the e-Teach Project. The meeting was attended by participants from all partners institutions including Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Baltic Education Technology Institute, University of Social Sciences, Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu and University of Helsinki. The meeting, under the warm hospitality of the Baltic Education Technology Institute, fostered a day filled with intense collaboration, discussion, and strategic planning.
Key Highlights of the Meeting:
Welcome and Partners Information Sharing: The meeting started with a warm welcome and an informative session where partners shared updates and insights from their respective institutions.
Results of OI1 and OI2: The meeting featured an in-depth review of the outcomes of OI1 and OI2, highlighting the achievements and learnings thus far.
Multiplier Events: Plans for upcoming multiplier events were discussed.
Project Management, Dissemination, and Quality Assurance: The meeting addressed the crucial aspects of project management, dissemination strategies, and measures for maintaining quality assurance throughout the project. In particular, the meeting emphasized the importance of boosting the final conference and each multiplier event, urging all partners to share these through their institutional web pages.
Final Conference Preparations: In preparation for the final conference, partners were encouraged to propose presentation topics by December 15, 2023. This initiative aims to ensure a diverse and comprehensive representation of the project's scope and achievements.
Progress in Tasks and Deliverables:
Knowledge Paper: The English version has been published on the website, with BETI set to release the Lithuanian version.
Modular Curriculum: Published in multiple languages, with the Finnish version by UH in progress.
Pilot Study: Reports and evaluations of the pilot study and teacher guide were discussed, with several versions published in different languages.
Online Education (OER): The English version has been open since October 2023, attracting 224 participants on the Canvas Platform.
Certificate Program: The successful completion of the program, with a total of 364 badges and 87 certificates issued.
Quality Evaluation Reports: Completed for various sessions, ensuring high standards in all offerings.
